my24-7pa is a subscription personal assistant service operated by Fundu Consulting Ltd. These terms explain the basic rules for using the service.
What the service does
The service helps with reminders, simple tasks, weather updates, scheduled briefings, document/image help, web research, and calendar help when you choose to connect a supported calendar.
my24-7pa is an assistant, not a professional adviser or emergency service. Do not rely on it for urgent, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or time-critical matters.
Your signup details
You must provide accurate signup information, including your WhatsApp number, and you must have permission to use that number. Keep your contact details up to date so service messages and billing notices reach the right person.
By signing up, you agree to receive service messages from my24-7pa on WhatsApp, including activation messages, reminders, calendar briefings, weather updates, support replies, and other updates you request. You can stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.
Privacy and data
Customer message contents are not read by humans. Admin tools are designed to show operational summaries, statuses and errors rather than the contents of your individual WhatsApp messages. See our Privacy page and Data deletion page for more detail.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review it. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that apply by law.
Each plan includes a fair-use allowance. If usage is unusually high or harmful to the service, we may limit, pause, or ask you to upgrade the service.
Availability and accuracy
Calendar and message automation depends on third-party services including WhatsApp, Google, Stripe, hosting providers, weather providers, and model/assistant processing providers. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You are responsible for checking important reminders, calendar entries, and messages. We are not responsible for missed events, delayed messages, third-party service outages, or decisions you make based on assistant output.
